Project: Consultancy to strengthen the operational and management effectiveness of the Sierra Leone Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Agriculture (SLCCIA) (July - September 2025) - the project's core aim was to provide the road map to enhance the Chamber's operational efficiency & effectiveness, strengthen its administrative capacity and to significantly improve its member services.
Objectives of the Consultancy:
a) Help streamline the Secretariat's day-to-day operational & administrative processes, identify problem areas and work with stakeholders on improving identified areas.
b) Establish & implement new/improved operational, administrative, accounting and HR systems, supported by clearly designed policies, manuals and practical tools.
c) Improve the Secretariat’s management practices, strengthening the team both in number and in skills and ensuring clarity in staff roles & duties.
d) Develop strategies and programs that will significantly boost new/proposed member interest, improve current member continuous involvement and make sure the chamber creates due value for its members, partners & stakeholders .
e) Position the Chamber for future growth and impact by:
- implementing targeted and tailored staff training programs and workshops
- Developing a 3-5 year strategic plan that reflects both member needs and national economic priorities and will articulate a clear vision and mission, strategic objectives, key activities and measurable performance indicators designed to attract new members, increase current member involvement, retention and overall satisfaction.
- Facilitating proactive engagement with key stakeholders (including relevant government ministries, development partners and other private sector associations) to build support for the Chamber's reform agenda and explore opportunities for collaboration.

Project: Freetown Aqua Sports Club - Management Takeover & Restructuring Objective: Operational and administrative turnaround of the club to stabilise operations and enhance member value.
Objective: Retained as Managing Director to spearhead the establishment of a new Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand, from initial concept to full-scale, multi-location operation.
Deliverables & Impact:
- Designed and implemented all operational systems, supply chain logistics and financial processes for effective multi-restaurant management.
- Supported the recipe creation for implementation - Developed and executed 3 successful new restaurant roll-out strategy, securing market presence.
