Project: Freetown Aqua Sports Club - Management Takeover & Restructuring

Objective: Tasked with the operational and administrative turnaround of the club to stabilize operations and enhance member value.

Deliverables & Impact:

- Comprehensive restructuring and reform initiatives, overhauling outdated processes and improving facilities & service.

- Implementing a new member database and other digital engagement strategies, to significantly improve member & guest experience as well as to improve the day to day operations of the club.

- Responsible for day-to-day operations management, resulting in improved facilities & services.

- Responsible for training & on the job skills upgrade of the current staff

- Implementing new reforms and overseeing the change management process.

Project: Chicken Town SL - QSR Chain Launch & Management

Objective: Retained as Managing Director to spearhead the establishment of a new Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand, from initial concept to full-scale, multi-location operation.

Deliverables & Impact:

- Designed and implemented all operational systems, supply chain logistics and financial processes for effective multi-restaurant management.

- Supported the recipe creation for implementation

- Developed and executed 3 successful new restaurant roll-out strategy, securing market presence.

- Drove the business to profitability by meticulously managing cost margins, procurement, inventory controls and day to to day operational costs and upheld industry best practices/standards.

- Recruited, trained and led a team of over 70 staff, establishing a strong culture of service excellence, brand culture and staff development and skills improvement

Managed all administrative functions and financial oversight for the Freetown office, supporting high-level governance projects.
