- 1. Mine Planning:
- Manage various SRL GIS databases - Collect, Store, Analyze, and Integrate spatial data from various sections and determine how best the information can be displayed using GIS.
- Create maps and graphs for various mine operations but not limited to Mining, engineering, Geotechnical, Mine Water and Hydrological, Resettlement and Community - Handle map requests from sections through creating and modifying shapefiles.
- Produce Illustrator quality maps in ArcMap using refined cartographic techniques

- Regularly verify, manage and provide crop assessment maps to management for payment.
- 3. Environment and Rehabilitation:
- Manage and provide regular updates on Mining Lease Area 1 and 5 Land Use Land Cover classification datasets and maps
- Collaborate and generate various hydrological spatial datasets for the Mine Water balance

- 1. Hydrological models and Mine Planning projects: I have worked on the following projects:
- Gangama (Dry Mining 2 Operation) - Provide flood-line (footprint) of the areas downstream of the Eastern diversion drain at Gangama; determined by the Gbangbatoke and Gbangbaia catchments.
- Provide high resolution images and maps of the major and minor catchments contributing to the Mining Areas to aid Consultants do a flood line assessment within the mine.
- Foinda Village Resettlement - Provide potential flood simulation or prediction data downstream of Gbeni dam for the resettled new village
- Foinda village resettlement project - Delineate resettled mine settlement construction site by providing catchment size runoff used for catchment size impact on the new settlement together with it's immediate environs.
- Estimation of surface runoff at various storm reoccurrences within the proposed village location.
- Determine the flow rate of rain water movement within the proposed resettled village in the areas based on identified survey result.
- Determine suitable directions where to install necessary drainages within the village.
- Gbeni (Dry Mining 1 Operation) - Generate catchments for Gbeni deposit; used for surface water diversion system modelling around and various culvert installation points within the mining pits.
- Provide stream order datasets to model storm events or water flows in an uncontrolled manner through the mining area resulting in moderate flooding of the ore body and overtopping of existing drain crossings.
- Delineate the watershed for the In-pit Mining Unit Project, external drain locations, thereby determining the direction water will flow in mine areas and outlets of streams.
- 2. Dam B4 Dam Break Analysis Project - Determine the area to be impacted as a result of B4 dam break event: Use FloodModeller, ArcHydro and HEC-RAS simulation model for the B4 dam break analysis to determine water depth, inundation area, and flood wave velocity
- 3. Mining, Environmental, Remote Sensing and Mine Rehabilitation Skill sets, Multi-Spectral Remote Sensing data technique to find Vegetation Index, land cover classification, vegetation, water bodies, open area, mined out areas, scrub area, hilly areas, agricultural area, thick forest, thin forest with few band combinations of the remote sensed data or drone imagery.
- Map production of cut and fill volumes and analysis for all Rehabilitation sites
- Create and prepare reliable river network for the basins based on flow Accumulation
- Builds precise GIS model of embarkments, bunds, spillways from survey data (topographic and bathymetry)
- Provide Hillshade effect maps to enhance the three-dimensional appearance of the mined out pits
- Provide volume curves and volumes of water in mined out ponds and
