• Carryout pre- flight full inspection of all aircraft emergency equipment on my station to ensure that they are all on board and serviceable.
• Ensure that I know and understand all safety and security notices.
  
  To read and understand operational manuals to be able to handle any situation that may occur on a flight.
  Inform the purser of all irregularities and malfunctions.
  Ensure good communication with the purser, Flight Attendants, and Flight Deck Crew.
  Manage and conduct aircraft internal security checks prior to passengers boarding the aircraft and after disembarkation.
  Once all passengers have disembarked, I manage and conduct aircraft internal security checks, ensuring that security and lost properties are handled in line with the company's lost property regulations.
• Performed pre-flight checks on aircrafts by verifying seatbelts, lights and other equipment were functioning properly.
• Assisted with baggage handling when necessary for large groups of travelers.

• Receive all customers that board all Rwandair flights and assist them where needed.
• Perform all safety checks and advise the passengers appropriately to ensure their safety and comfort
• Brief all passengers on in-flight regulations prior to departure
• Ensure that the passengers receive due attention and mitigate customer dissatisfaction if any during the course of the journey
• Assist passengers to disembark on arrival at destination and hand them over to ground attendants for onward passage
• Promote the various components of Rwandair in-flight product.
